- We operate 7 days a week from 9 AM – 6 PM.

- We are located in Oceanic Khor Fakkan hotel. The dive center is attached to the hotel and can be found on the right side of the hotel entrance. Follow our outdoor signs to locate the dive center.
- We accept card payments (including international cards), bank transfers, cash payments, and payments via payment link upon request.
- We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class or fun dive. In this case, you will be refunded 100%. If you cancel less than 48 hours before a scheduled course or fun dive, you may not be eligible to receive a refund.
- Yes, we sell top scuba gear of all kinds in the dive center. We can also place special orders for more complex equipment requirements. We can arrange equipment servicing and repair upon request.
- Freelance instructors are welcome to use our facilities and gear upon special arrangement. Please contact a member of our staff to discuss freelance instructor rates and scheduling.
- Yes, we fill tanks that are in service and within the appropriate testing period. An air fill costs 20 AED per tank.
